Shonneia M. Adams, B.O.S.S. Global Master Trainer 

Shonneia M. Adams, affectionately known as “Coach Adams,” is a native of Los Angeles, California. Coach Adams had her first exposure with Al & Hattie Hollingsworth's ministry in 1989 and has been affiliated on many levels ever since as a Vertical Leap participant, Certified BTM Head Trainer and talent support for the BTM Worship CD project.

Coach Adams has been walking in her executive role as the Minister of Training/Global Master Trainer for B.O.S.S. The Movement and Vertical Leap since September 2006. This role and partnership are a natural divine fit. Coach Adams is an Empowerment Coach, dynamic motivational speaker and trainer.

Coach Adams is very passionate about the vision and ministry of B.O.S.S. The Movement. It is her sincere privilege, pleasure and joy to support and serve the vision of Al & Hattie Hollingsworth's  B.O.S.S. The Movement. Coach Adams finds true fulfillment in teaching youth ages 7-19 and adults the relevance of Godand His word in meeting one's need for success through The B.O.S.S. The Movement curriculum and Vertical Leap Life-Changing Seminars.

           Ron Roberts

Coach Roberts is a Sixteen year alumnus of Christian Business Ministries with 12 of those years as a Head Trainer of  The BOSS the Movement Youth Program. Coach Roberts has been blessed to witness God’s transforming word in the lives of hundreds of America’s youth over the course of the 20 weeks class sessions. In more recent years, Coach Roberts passion has been aimed towards the development and mentoring of the ministries new trainers who has answered the call of God to serve  the youth. Coach Roberts consider it to be a honor to serve the ministry in any capacity necessary.

    LaDawn Skeeters

A native of Pomona, California, La Dawn Skeeters has been with Christian Business Ministries in several occupational capacities since 2000. La Dawn serves as assistant to the founders Al & Hattie Hollingsworth, Chief Operating Officer for B.O.S.S. Global Inc., Minister of Worship for the Vertical Leap Seminar, and Head Trainer for the Ontario Headquarters B.O.S.S. class for youth.  La Dawn served as assistant trainer in 002, 2003, and 2004. In 2008 La Dawn took on role of Head Trainer. She is committed to training at least one B.O.S.S. class per year.

     Marcy Sutton

           Myra Brown

Coach Myra has been with B.O.S.S The Movement for one year working as the administrative support to the B.O.S.S. executive team. She has served as a trainer for one year and is currently teaching in her second B.O.S.S class. Her heart for the youth is strong and she continues to show her love and support to the youth by visiting the southern California regions B.O.S.S classes.

Coach J.D. was introduced to BOSS the Movement in the spring of 2009. At West Angeles Church is where Coach J.D. first got his feet wet with teaching the Youth. From there He grew with his Godly confidence to teach in more classes one at Faithful Central Bible Church, and the other at Vertical Leap Head Quarters.He Received a Word from God that he would speak into the Lives of Young People everywhere. He feels that BOSS The Movement is the Start of that plan. Coach J.D. Also takes the Word that God gave him to Minister to Young people as well as those that are Young at Heart at different functions when he his performing as a Master of Ceremonies (EmCee Hosting Events).

            Pam Jacobs

James and Pam Jacobs heard about Vertical Leap over 20 years ago, we realized it was not only important to our spiritual man but also for running a business.  The principles taught at Vertical Leap made us realize that God also wanted to be involved in our business. We have been members of Crenshaw Christian Center for 15 years and are also heavily involved in helps ministry.  We have completed two Boss programs and just recently completed a Boss Program at West Angeles as Head Trainers.

Yeshume Limenih, known to her students as Coach Yeshume, heard the sound in September 2007

at her first Vertical Leap.  After being certified, she has completed 3 Boss the Movement

20 week classes and is currently in her 4th class a Lead Trainer.  She is inspired by the youth,

better known as, leaders of tomorrow, and the dreams,visions, and ideas that God has placed inside

of each and everyone of them.  Yeshume leaves behind a host of other ministry and volunteer 

services; she is truly excited about NOW and how God continues to reveal His glory in the earth

through his vessels.
